Jeffrey Alyn Smith，男，出生于美国马萨诸塞州，现任南京财经大学经济学院教授。主要教授课程：微观经济学；宏观经济学；当代西方经济学理论流派；宏观经济学理论；中级微观经济学；中级宏观经济学。邮箱:smithja1@gmail.com。 

学习经历
1989年毕业于麻州大学，获得人类学学士学位
1992年毕业于加利福尼亚大学，获得人类学硕士学位
2010年获加利福尼亚大学人类学博士学位

工作经历
1996-1997年，担任德布勒森大学美国研究客座讲师
1998-1999年，任加利福尼亚大学人类学教学研究员
1999-2000年，任加利福尼亚大学政治学教师
2000-2004年，先后于欧洲人文大学、德布勒森大学担任客座讲师
2005-2010年，先后于纽约州立大学、圣何塞城市学院、哈特内尔学院、加维兰学院兼职人类学讲师
2012-2015年，任麻州大学经济学副教授
2014-2016年，于韩国又松大学任英语教授
2016年至今，任南京财经大学经济学教授

研究方向
资本主义、社会主义和后社会主义政治经济、商品拜物教、黑市交易、走私和非正规部门、视觉文化和音乐制作。
