陈博欧，男，1993年4月，江苏南京人，中共党员，经济学博士，副教授，理论经济学硕士导师。担任国家自然科学基金项目评议人，教育部学位论文评审人。

研究方向：农业经济学（城乡融合发展、农村人力资本）、发展经济学、应用微观计量经济学
